[Resolved]  Reliance SIM — Reliance GSM SIM

My horrible experience with reliance GSM SIM:

Please be aware before taking reliance GSM SIM, last week I have taken reliance GSM SIM number [protected], after one week it suddenly stopped working I called the call center told about my problem. They have raised request for network. Its totally irresponsible shown the person who took the call. I clearly told them it’s not with network its problem with the SIM.

Then I went to nearest dealer where I have purchased he told me that SIM is blocked other than that he don’t have information and not willing to give any information. Finally I was able to go Reliance main office (Reliance web world in jaya nager 4th block, Bangalore) and told about my problem.

They told me that they are having some issues with reliance GSM SIM they started blocking the some numbers. She told pay 100 Rs get new SIM. It’s totally ridicules for asking us to pay 100 to fix issue. She clearly mentioned that she cannot give me guarantee that this problem won’t occur again. She is not even bother listen my problem such horrible experience never had with any service provider. Finally I decided not use reliance any more and I am ok to loose the money which I recharged (200 Rs).

So be aware about reliance. My friend has suggested not go with reliance he has similar kind of problem but I haven’t consider his opinion and paid the price not having phone for a week. We can cheat the people sometime not for ever.
