[Resolved] Reliance Smart — Misuse of my number | |
I buy a SIM of reliance Smart serial number[protected] and number of SIM [protected]. I buy this Sim in June2008 and use 2 months in July I gone abroad for some time.Now i am coming back on 22nd of Nov. Today I check my numebr by make a call then someone else pick the phone and he told me that he buy this SIM 3 month before how come this? that Reliance Smart gave my number to other person. I once again regret to inform you that after my several requests to customer care siliguri No.[protected] I am not getting any response .
I again bring your kind notice that on 27/11/2008 at 2.30 P.m. I recharged for Rs. 500.00 in my Phone No. [protected] through easy recharge and I have received SMS that my A/c has been recharge for Rs. 445.00 against Voucher of Rs. 500.00 but very sorry to inform you that inspite of several reminder to customer care Siliguri I have not get my Bal. of Rs. 445.00 & previous Balance of Rs. 86.00 till date.Siliguri Customer Service always say that there is a problem in there system .Please take the matter on priorirty basis

I am very old user of reliance smart prepaid of No. [protected] .
in this connection i would like to inform you that Iwas recharged through easy recharge for Rs.500.00 on 27.11.2008 at 2.30 P.M. with my previous A/c Balance of Rs. 86.00 .I have also received Massage from Reliance that my A/c has been recharged by Rs. 445.00 talktime against voucher of Rs. 500.00 but I have not received any amount including my Prvious balance of Rs. 86.00 .In this connection I have contacted several time to Kolkata & Siliguri Reliance Customer Care. But I have not received any responce from both side. I am facing very problem as our whole Family at Mumbai. I am not able to contact them since last day .
please take this matter on priority basis.
