Reliance Smart — not providing the proper information to retailer regarding vouchers | |
i am a smart connection user with the mobile no ([protected])as, on 18 apr 09 i have recharged my a/c with easy reacharged of rs 450/-. after that i asked your retailer about the easy reacharged of rs 59.he advise me nothing will happen so i had recharged with easy recharged of rs 59. but after that when i started calling in reliance smart user no but my balance started deducting .so i was very embarrased that, after being recharged with rs 450 how the balance is deducting.so i went to retailer but he refuses so i called your call centre after being trying for almost 45 mins my call was picked by call centre and i told her all details.but as, per her my rs 450 recharged has been lapsed after i had recharged with the voucher of rs 59. so, i requested her to do something for me as, it was misguidance and it was mistakenly happen but she told she can't do anything in this matter.but my question is that if i had recharged by mistakenly but your system should not activate the second recharged voucher.after being recharged with 1st voucher. so, kindly advice where should i go . regards ganesh Was this information helpful? | |

Distributor is not taking expired vouchers and pending vouchers which is lying with us after giving them several reminders they are not listening so please guide us what to do for further process .
