i am listing down my complaint
1)i can't understand why "administrative charge" a significant amount is deducted from every top-up.other service provider like vodafone(formerly hutch) only deducted the service tax @ 12.36% ( approx Rs 22 talkvalue on Rs 25 top-up) but in case of smart Rs 142 talk value on 200 top-up , 75 out of 96.
2)another point is that, in case of power recharge ( like 56 recharge) call charge are reduced for a specified time (in this case one month ), but with in this validity period some one recharged with a top-up or monthly voucher ,the has been lapsed which is not the practise of others.
3)we are getting minmum 2 massage daily for different caller tune setting , but not a single massge for changing the customer care no (400) and the no used for recharge (401 now changed to 58401) also that is not changed in the recharge voucher. till now it is written dial *401#. fater dialling 400 it is all time heard that ' this no. does not exist, please check the area code' Was this information helpful? |
