[Resolved] Reliance Smart — smart internet connection offer 39 for three days

I manoj kumar([protected]) recharged the 39 offer for net surfing by eg recharge on friday and alos sms for to get settings. i got the settings but the connection was not made available in my phone. i have contacted customer care many times. i got the complain no. also i.e. [protected] dated 01/10/2008. thenever complete saturday I kept trying but not got success. at last the problem was short out at 12.00 night. I lossed one complete day for my net facility. The customer executives does not pay proper attention to the complaint. sometimes they cut the line also. please pay attention to... actually i want an internet connection for my laptop.i searched hard to get information abt smart internet
facility but cudn't get it.so plz provide me with the sufficient details.i m going to purchase a new sim card.

i am reliance smart consumer mobile no [protected], life time connection, i live at dumdum near mall road kolkata., gprs does not work here i lost lot of money, rworld which only works is useless thing.

due to mobile number i am sticking to this RELIANCE SMART service, waiting for number portibility service .

NOTHING IS WORKING ON THIS SERVICE, IN OTHER WAY PUBLIC KO LOOT LO MOBILE SEWA HAI

no pages open with access point smartnet or reliance gsm service, i hv recharged with 29 for 1 week pc of internet but not for a simple day i could not able to use net... customer care executive could not able to help me...i often meet the reliance customer care outlet at Bongaigaon (Assam) ...they dont know any thing about internet...also the reliance gprs helpline [protected] in not working... for the whole day i try to call at that no. but no one picks up my call...
pls help me...
