Reliance Smart GSM — Without Connecting Charges Call rates

Many times when we call another person without Connected Call charge will deduct from my balance amount. It is more painfull when we are roaming. I also want to Stop my Caller Tune and accordingly Stop monthly deduction of amount of Rs 30 PM but their is provision for that Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I also agree on this issue that there are many times we have cross connection in Siliguri..

and money is deducted from my account. Also this is with my friends too.They all have the same problem.
And when we complain they say its just a netwrok problem sir it will be solved in few days.And it never really gets solved...
