My mobile reliance smart gsm no-[protected] was automatically activated rp jokes and my balance also deducted by co.To cancel the same i contact several times to customer care but failed.Always i get the answer that this line was busy.After getting the same answer several time,i send message to 1900 writing PORT.But i am surprised that message sending also failed several times.

My mobile reliance smart gsm no-[protected] was automatically activated RP BEAUTY, CRBT service and my balance also deducted by co.To cancel the same i contact several times to customer care but failed.Always i get the answer that this line was busy.After getting the same answer several time, i send message to 155223 UNSUB 1003.But i am surprised that message sending cutomer request accepted but after 2 days they are unable to deactivate service and again deducted Rs. 30.

Kindly take action against then
