Sir, In our area reliance smart GSM network is so poor( Khamhariya Tiwariyan-Satna). so we want to change operator then we required port no of sim but operator not provided us to port no. we send the sms (PORT [protected] and send it 1900) reply - (Dear Reliance Customer your request could not be processed please try after some times.
