reliance smart prepaid connection on mobile — outgoing international call barred

today on 25.08.2009 when i tried to call germany and another one to holland... i was told that international call dfacility is not available in this prepaid service. i got taken aback as i called abroad from this number so many times before...
pls help to solve this problem
