[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM — Not Issue Port No

i am vinod kumar pandey and my cell no is [protected]. we want to change my network operator due to its bad services. so we have require port no.so we have sent many times message for getting port no.( Port [protected] sent to 1900 ).but every times come to message (Dear Reliance Customer Your Request Could not be processed please try after some times thank you).
Please Reliance Smart GSM Issue my port no as soon possible.
