[Resolved] Reliance Smart Gsm Service — o/g and i/c calls are barred without any reason | |
I had take a new connection from west bengal of smart on 7/11/2008. i had submitted all the documents. after that it was possable to make o/g calls. but on 10/11/2008 i got a sms from smart end like" i/c and o/g calls are de activated.I have enough balance and validity till 2011. i want reliance to take quick action against my connection. i have already recherge 496 std free card. please do the needful as soon as possiable. I had take a new e-recharge of Rs. 56/- on 30.03.2009 at about 9.00 p.m. from west bengal of smart on. At about 9.03 p.m. I got a sms from smart end like "you have successfully recharge and get Rs. 48.something on Rs. 56 recharge vouchar. But from 31/03/2009 I do not got any i/c and o/g calls from my set. I have received this connection with the validity till 2024. i want reliance to take quick action against my connection. Many necessary work over telephone has been postpone. So, please do the needful as soon as possiable.

i m a user of reliance mobile smart GSM form 1 years.my cell no is [protected]
my balance is reducing without my knowledge, and i have not applied for any services.but when i make a call to coustomer care they told me i activate the love tips service. but i can not activate it by reviceing any call. i have been contacting the people of coustomer care, but they are not taking any action against it, nor solving my problem
kindly resister my complaint, and i hope u would take a serious action against them .

I am a Smart Prepaid Customer. My Mobile No. is [protected]. I have recharged withf Rs. 100/- coupon on 25/12/2009 (Lifetime Validity). Since then incoming and outgoing both are not functioning. Showing "Error in Connection".
Please look into the problem and rectify the problem at the earliest.
