Reliance Smart GSM — no signal

I have a problem with a weak singal of network . when I keep my mobile in my room there is no network and my mob. always in out or range due to this reason i cann't keep my mob. in room. I keep it on 3rd floor of my house to catch network when I live on ground floor. connection is disconnect during communication period due to weak network in ground floor. so whenever I want to communicate with other i go to third floor and then I communicate.
So please, remove this problem as fast as possible. Otherwise. I may move from ur service to other service providor

mere mobile per do baar 30-30 Rs. kate gaye hain, jabki maine koi service activate nahi ki. reliance connection users bacame very fafilieer with poor serveces.be it network or internet facilities.company messeging us to pay rs 303 for unlimited net access.in proper town like burdwan westbengal we r paying but not recieveng services.whenever we r recieving connection speed remeins very slow in compare to other dial up services. customers care executives are reluctant to recieve out calls. deleberately keep bloking complaiin calls.total mismanagement.if it will continue company will suffer for its bad reputation. plz concerned authorities take care

six months ago, i take reliance prepaid connection . that time onwards there is network problem in my home. i lost my night calling offers and all. please take my complaints and reply it soon .
