Without my instance I have been forced with a caller tune to my cell phone no.[protected] which I am not interested. I am fearing I may be deducted the caller tune fee from my cell phone balance. I shall be greatful if the same disabled immediately.

Reliance GSM Smart — regarding auto activat services and deduct the money

i have use smart no.[protected] last one year, but last few days they active ring tone without any request and deducted the money, after that today they again deduct 30 Rs. for love tips but fact is that i am not request.
so i request you please look my matter seriously, otherwise i have change my connection

Though the caller tune service has been not been subscribed, a service charge of Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my prepaid deposit, though it was never subscribed. I would request you to please pay back the entire deducted amount and deactivte the caller tune and any caller should not be activated without my consent.

This is from IIT Guwahati, Assam.Hera most of pepople liked to use the gsm connection.Bot now a days it is so bad, we cant tolerate any more.We have to change the connection. Complaint regarding auto deduction of charges for caller tune in mobile no.[protected].Though caller tune services has been requested to activate or subscribed, automatically 30/- has been decuted and it is beibgn continuing for 3 month without any information.and money is being detucting.when I try to make a call to the customer care, then afer rinning they cut off the connection.I have tried so many time, but every time they are doing same thing.Is it proper service?Whatever it is please pay back all deducted money and deactivate caller tune or hallow tune quickly and further it should not be activated without any information.My email Id:d.[protected]@iitg.ac.in.
