1> i call any reliance no. in std to my friend or in my home i can't listen the ringer of there mobile. this is not my handset problem, the sim problem. 2>network problem is in built problem of reliance as u all know... 3>as of Airtel or other company please give some full talk time offer and std offer.. thats all if atleast ONE of the above problem is to be solve by the company i said "I am happy to be a reliance customer" Was this information helpful? | |

I got mad about the Reliance (gsm) sim . When I bought it (today itself) I'm in a mood to just though it away.The service is just like that of a product of some local company. I can't believe Ambhani can do it to us. I have to dial a number four times for making a call, customer care number (*333) is always busy and the other number [protected] is a wrong number although it's a default number in the sim.
Can I contact the Ambhani and ask him to solve my problem??
I've made the payment, so it's my right to get proper service. I want to suggest him to concentrate on concentrating on the existing good products and services rather diversifying.
It's creating problem to we customers.

Sir, I have registered new connection of Reliance GSM([protected]), according to given offer my local call is 50 paisa. but 1ruppe is deducted from my account for local call.for free r2r at 11 to 6 and 8 rupee deducted .customer care service is very poor. it never working *333(always busy)
I have four GSM no. which is Lucknow Number. In Kanpur road are very problem for network.Network is not Liable to our phone since 15 days. Pls imidiatly solve my problem.
no net coverage on our area, due to this problem i can't make calls from my reliance GSM connection([protected])...so plz alow network coverage onmy area( Malippuram beach, Ernakulam, Kerala)...
In the Tala Park area near Tala Tank (North Kolkata) no network coverage from more than 3 weeks. No support taken by complaing the customer care service by network.

I am suffering second time by this type of problem automaticaly SHA service has activated @ Rs 30/month & account balance has deducted without any fore information.Please return my balance.

I have a reliance gsm the rates are atttractive but the service is very poor today i called 512345 from my reliance mobile for caller tunes the calls got disconnected before choosing menu where as i can call other numbers in rworld, also customer service is very poor if you send an email it takes two days to get a reply from them, my access to customer service is blocked, also no transaction id after recharging phone
Reliance GSM — *** I CANT BELIEVE THIS***
GOD HELP RELIANCE.I made a recharge of Rs100 from ICICI bank website towards my number [protected] but still the amount has not turned up.
The recharge was made on 28th October,2009 for Rs 100 and i received a message from them that the transaction cannot be done now.Please try again later.
The amount has still not come.
The best thing is that I called up 100 times the RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE and was told that they dont have information prior to 3 days and would not be able to help.
If they would not be helping and they dont have that data ,who the hell would be having that data.
I am pissed off with this company.
Rs.60 from my acount are deducted on Sunday(15/11/09) withaut any information and any call.
Please consider my case and return my amount.

we r old user of reliance GSM in M.P. there is a matter of complaint where Rs.30.00 were charged by the company on renewal of RMS services for a month. we r still not knowing the meaning of RMS services & hav'nt used this service in our account.therefore please refund our money of Rs.30.00 & the money should never be charged from our account by this means without asking us.
otherwise only legal way is left to overcome this problem.
