Reliance Smart — Deduction against caller tune & cricket

I have already filed a complain against wrong activation of caller tune & cricket news for two smart GSM no, ie 1) [protected]
2) [protected].
For no (1) caller tune has been deactivated but balance not yet been refunded which was deducted with out any prior intimatin.

For no (2) Caller tune & cricket news is running, no action has been taken against my complain.

I am strongly complaining again so that you take necesserry step to stop & refund the same otherwise I have to shift to other product.
