[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Sim — bad customer care service

hello

recently i brought the reliance smart sim gsm but its not working properly.i tried to call customer care but it show always network busy and and cannot get my recharge by recharge voucher prepaid card.

so please help me to complaints against reliance customer care which have been showing irresponsible behaviour to his customer.
