I am sana my reliance GSM number is [protected]. I recharged my mobile for the following benefit " Now recharge your 3G datacard or mobile phone with special offer!Recharge Rs. 597 & get 5GB! validity 90 days! " On date 10/9/2012 with the amount Rs 597 . and I received message "Dear customer, your account has been recharged with Rs.01, Amount payable is Rs597 Thank you.Reliance." But I didn't get 3G data in my account. I also made complaint at the customer care but not yet resolver the problem. Please try to resolve it soon. Thanks in advance.
