Reliance Telecom — Balance deduction without any information | |||
Rs. 3 deducted from my main balance 3-4 days back. I asked to Reliance customer care executive, he replied that I will get this amount back within 24 hours. After 24 hours again I asked to your customer care executive about this amount (which I did not get back in my main balance), Reliance spoke person replied that he has information of only three days and if I want any prior information, I need to call upon 155223. I telephoned to that number but nobody replied. Then again I called to reliance and their spoke person suggested me to message “START 0” and send it to 1909, and then no amount will going to deduct from my account without informing me. I did the same. Still Rs.15 deducted from my main balance last mid-night (between 18.10.2013 and 19.10.2013) without any message or call. Today morning I asked to your spoke person ANUJ (as per Relaince feedback message, I received) and he said that he gets information after 24 hours only and then I have to call and ask him about the same. I have mailed earlier also but no reply from Reliance customer care department. This is not the first time when my balance amount deducted. Many times I have registered my complaint but result is nil. Was this information helpful? | |||
