SIR/MADAM I AM A CONSUMER OF RELINCE TELECOM SINCE 2005 WITH THE SAME NO. I STAY AT DULIAJAN. FOR LAST 3 MONTHS WE ARE GETTING VERY POOR NETWORK CONNECTION AT DULIAJAN.DURING CONVERSATION PHONE LINE OFTEN DISCONNECTED. EVEN VOICES ARE NOT AT ALL CLEAR. I HAD RAISED SEVERAL COMPLINS IN THE CUSTOMER CARE.BUT NOTHING WAS SHORTED OUT TILL DATE INSTEAD OF VERBAL ASSURANCE.THE COMPLIN NO IS:[protected] DATED 22.08.09,[protected] DATED 13.09.09( NAYANIKA HAZARIKA),[protected] DATED 19.09.09 .SINCE THEY ARE REGULARLY CHARGING RENTAL TO US IT IS THIER MORAL RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE TROUBLE FREE SERVICES WHICH THEY DEMAND FOR. dear sir i am your regular customer from the last 7 years contonously.i like to draw your attention about very poor network service providing from your company these days.which cause huge business losses to you along with customer and also going bad reputation to the public.And also like to intimate your about sri khandi bhittha sub tower which is under pupri exchange, the operator of the tower selling fuel outside and not charging the tower properly.In this contest please look into the matter immediately otherwise i will complain to nodal officer.
