I AM A CONSUMER OF RELINCE TELECOM SINCE 2005 WITH THE SAME NO. I STAY AT DULIAJAN. FOR LAST 3 MONTHS WE ARE GETTING VERY POOR NETWORK CONNECTION AT DULIAJAN.DURING CONVERSATION PHONE LINE OFTEN DISCONNECTED. EVEN VOICES ARE NOT AT ALL CLEAR. I HAD RAISED SEVERAL COMPLINS IN THE CUSTOMER CARE.BUT NOTHING WAS SHORTED OUT TILL DATE INSTEAD OF VERBAL ASSURANCE.THE COMPLIN NO IS:[protected] DATED 22.08.09,[protected] DATED 13.09.09( NAYANIKA HAZARIKA),[protected] DATED 19.09.09 .SINCE THEY ARE REGULARLY CHARGING RENTAL TO US IT IS THIER MORAL RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE TROUBLE FREE SERVICES WHICH THEY DEMAND FOR.
