[Resolved]  Reliance Telecom — fraud on services & billing

Hello Board,
I was a 4 year old customer with a reliance land-line. I took up reliance data card for my lap-top in february 2008. First month it was fine, from 11th april 2008, the connection stopped working with a message saying it is "dormant". I waited, first complaint i made was 18th april 2008, they told they will get back. Nothing happened. 23rd april 2008 i called 5 times in the day, everyone I spoke to kept saying it will be fixed in a couple of hrs. Nothing happened all month. By may obviously the bill date came up, the connection was disconnected. I started getting calls from Collections for paymnet, when I told them the problem, they would say they will investigate, but never got back to me. I now have a court notice from reliance for payment. I am told that I did not make the march and april 2008 payment. Which I don't understand, because if payment for march is not recvd how can the services continue according to them for another month? My number is:[protected]
My land line was:[protected], I disconnected it in april 2008, my balance of the deposit is not yet been given to me. How can reliance ask for due amt without giving client his refund for nearly 5 months. A court case would validate that???I have been taken for a ride from one office to the other and also by the customer service department. I just don't want anything to do with reliance. This torture has gone too long. Pls advise or help. will be much appreciated.

myself Ravikant from Amravati Maharashtra i had purchesed a relience prepaid connection with lg handset and properly submitted the documents but reliance stops my service of incomming&outgoing without giving any information.service stops for documents and cap form not received but i am submitted already 3 times and reliance had activate my number two times and suddenly deactivate my number 3rd time unnecessorily and asking about documents.activation of sim card without documents is the crime i know and reliance too and they asking me about documents when my phone is Activated already.
Reliance customer Care is very dirty and unable to help and talk properly.reliance prepaid service is very dengerous for the security of maharashtra. reliance are not going proper way of rules &regulations. Reliance prepaid in Amravati maharashtra indirectly helping to the terrorism by giving connections without doccuments and activations.very easy process of taking froad connections from reliance cdma prepaid. please take action after investigation.please contac me when investigate about it, i will be healp you and proove it.my reliance no is [protected]
