I had activated a SMS pack on my mobile number on 2-december-2012, which allowed me to send SMS's @ 1p/sms across India. On 2-january-2013 Rs39 was deducted from my account and I was told that this is an auto-renewal pack. On 17- January-2013 again Rs39 was deducted from my account. Upon calling the customer care on *333 my call was attended by a Mr Noor Zaman. He confirmed that this was a monthly auto-renewal pack and that it was renewed on 2-1-2013, but tht he could not refund the amount. I asked him to place the call to his superviser. His superviser did not listen to my problem and just disconnocted the call. Again I dialled for the second time and again was attended by Mr Noor Zaman. This time also he transferred the call but none of the supervisers picked up the call. I stayed online for about 5 minutes.
