Reliance Telecom — wrong Debit Of Charges

My Balance was -1.63 which Was Previously 30.
And I Didnt Received Any Message From Reliance in This Context

Nor Did I Made Any Request For Any Kind Of Services Of Reliance.
I Even Visited Reliance Mobile StoreAt Krishna NagarBut i Received No Satisfactory Reason For why Have I Been Charged.
Nor The Nodal Office Departement Tells Why Have I Been Charged.
They Just Say U Have Been Charged Rs.30

I Contacted Customer care at 198 dated 14/11/2010 And Got Complaint Number as[protected] and was Told That I Would Get The Waiver In 24 Hours And Today i.e. 27/11/2010 i Have Not Received The Waiver Yet.
