Reliance Telecom — self activation and charging of services | |||
I had purchased a rim gsm sim from reliance store nearly one year back from that time on-wards company activated any additional services in my no. And deducted the charges from my balance 6-7 times without my consent. When I called back to customer care about complaining the thing always they respond this is a system error we give you your money back and from now on-wards this mistake do not occur. But every time the same mistake occurs. The company didn't take any action for my complaint I had given to the company nearly 5-6 times. This is very hassarssing situation for the consumers.
