Reliance Telecom — Unable to make calls in spite of sufficient balance

My name is sanjay and my phone no is [protected].im from NCR region,
I have been using my reliance sim for quite a long time now and since today morning,i am unable to make calls to any network inspite of sufficient balance.I cant send messages and even the customer care is not dialing.
This is getting very frustrating as i am supposed to make a number of calls on any given day.
Please find a solution to my problem.
