Reliance Telecom — wrong recharge plan

i recharged my no.. [protected] with 75 rs .. in 75 i was expected to get 66 tt and call rate of 1.2p/min.. i received a message of successful recharge but i dint get any balance and even the plan of 1.2/min is also not activated. when i contacted the customer care they said it is for customer who get there number recharged for the first time.. but this thing was not told by the shopkeeper who sold me the plan.. its there responsibility to get there executives to explain each plan to them.. so i want them to get my money refunded.. or they wont have accepted the recharge request..please resolve my case . i am a loyal customer of dis reliance but now thinking of switching to other service provider
