Again yesterday (15/03/2011)
reliance deducted 10 rupees from
my mobile of no [protected]. That
means its second time on this
number. That mean it deducted
total 20 rupees from my account.
Evening around 9.30(15/03/2011)
I again called to customer care,
one lady handled my call. She
told me that these 10 rupees is
again deducted from my account
due to the some java thing.
First she told me that she’ll
not able to deactivate the
service. At the end she gave me
a no. 56694950 to deactivate the
service. At the time I called to
this no this no IVR gave me
another number to call that is
56694. I again called to this
no, calling to this no deducted
3 rupees from my account. Now
total amount from my account is
23 rupees.
She gave me the compliant
no.[protected]
Then I got a massage that “thank
you for subscribing voice chat
your chat id is 16639114 id
[protected]F-22) matches for your
profile. To talk dial 56694424
chrgs-rs 3/min”
Do u think that I called 56694
for this?
Again I called to customer care
one Hindi guy picked my call. He
said to me “You collected all
information then why you are
calling again”. He talked with
me very rudely. Do you think
this is way to talk with
customer?
At the end your floor supervises
deactivate the service and gave
me another complaint no.

Is this the way to treat your
customer?
Now this is not the solution
only to deactivate the service.
Reliance activates these
services their own. Why should I
will be paying 23 rupees for
that? Today they able to
deactivate that why didn’t on
first day itself.
I need everything back and a
fine amount of 100 rupees.
