[Resolved] Reliance Telecommunication — No paper or online bill received | |||
My mobile number is [protected]. I am highly dissatisfied with Reliance customer care. Firstly I am not receiving any bill from them. I have requested several times that i need a paper bill but it has been told to me that they cannot provide paper statement. I am neither recieving online bill. Now when I am in roaming I recieve a message that I have exceeded my credit limit and if i do not make payment the outgoing will be barred. I just called on number 30333333 and on stating the same i am being told that their system is down and cannot help for now. I have just made an online payment for 1000Rs. and they are unable to make a note of the same. This is the most pathetic customer service and I would soon discontinue my relationship with reliance mobile if I do not receive assistance on the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
