Reliance Telecommunication — Top Up details not mentioned correctly | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, Reliance Communication does not give a right information of top-ups on its website because of which I have recharged with a wrong amount. According to them, Top-up of Rs.37/- is used to reduce STD call rates to 25p/min and it it applicable for Gujarat, Bihar & UP which is not mentioned in its website. Similar top-up Rs.36/- is applicable for all STD calls to 30p/min and all over india. Now I had recharged with Rs.37/- and need to call other than above mentioned states. This is completely cheating with the customers. We never call to customer care every time for every recharge or top-up. Reliance company should provide complete information in its website. Reliance Communication — Complaint of Ankur Agarwal for 9350945865
Dear SirI am facing the problem of automatically SERVICE ON since last one month and charges for that service are deducted from my account.
It happens 8-10 times with me and times I have made complaints 2-3 for it and 1-2 time I got my balance.
But since Deepa wali when I tried to communicate with customer care executive then call get disconnected.
I have tried 15-20 times but always I got disconnected.
In UP so many customer facing the problem that when they recharged their phone(prepaid connection) then after sometime their balance got in minus. When they made complain your service representative did not give proper response. if they talk then they say it won’t be happen in future but after some time they faced same problem they make again complain but same answer they get.
After some time they get frustrated and they deiced to quit from Reliance.
It happen with my father and 2 cousin brothers.
Please tell me:
what they can do for it?
is it the right way that Reliance Communication deals with the consumers.
