Sir, I got transfered from Madurai to Namakkal in Nov.08. I asked for address change to my new Namakkal office at Madurai. They told you can change your address at Namakkal itself , not in Madurai. And in Namakkal I am trying to change my address for the past two years, but all in futile. They are careless and non commital. They ask lot of address proof, letter from company etc. But at the end, it will not happen. They even refuse to sign a copy of letter of requist for our confirmation.
