The Issue: My Wimax was not working from 2nd August night to 12th Aug. I made the first complaint on the 3rd. No action taken.
After repeated complaints, service technician Pasha visits home, says the problem is due to a loose contact in the dish and vanishes. The problem never got solved.
So I again called up the customer service center and the technician. Again a fresh complaint number was generated. No one turned up. The service guy also did not turn up after repeated complaints.
Though I started getting connected, the speed was very, very slow. Slower than dial up. Made repeated complaints and then I received repeated SMSs from you saying the complaint was processed.
Nothing got processed. I sent repeated emails. I posted on your page on Facebook. Nothing except the standard cut and paste reply "We have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department".
Now, I heard that my request for waiver is not approved. Why?
Why should I pay you when it is your job to provide me seamless connection?
Who will pay the other service provider when your connection is not working?
Why has anyone with any sort of authority ever call up to check if my problem has been solved?
What is the point in making repeated complaints if you can't take action?
What do you mean by "Concerned Department"? Is it God who remains invisible and unreachable?
In short, why do you take your customers for a ride with your pitiful service?
