[Resolved]  reliance wireless broadband — Service not getting activated for long time

Hi,

I stay in Magarpatta City, Pune. On 3th March I requested for the Reliance Wireless Broadband service. After all initial formalities, I was commited that within 2 days my address verification will be performed, and if it goes well, on monday I will get the USB modem and immediately it will be activated in front of me only.

The address verification was done on 5th March, as communicated. But I didn't get my device on Monday 8th as promised. The agent kept on saying that will give tomorrow tomorrow, and finally on Thursday 11th Morning he gave it to me and said that it will get activated tonight.

But till now I am waiting for the activation. When I call reliance help line, they tell me that my documents have not yet been received by the concerned Reliance office, whereas my agent keeps on denying the same and giving fake committments that tomorrow it will be definately started.

Please advise.
