reliance wireless broadband — Connection is down

I have bought a reliance wireless broadband (wimax) connection in september 2008. since then I am facing a lot of complaints in the connection. Most of the times, the connection is down and when I contact the customer care, every time they give me a complaint number and take no action.

Reliance customer care representatives are the worst being I have ever faced in my life, for each and every thing they want to put the customer on hold. Most of them does not even know how to speak english. My personal experience with them is, despite of me requesting to have the internet connection disconnected they have not taken any action and instead of that a person who called me to fix the antenna which will fix the issue and made a statement that, I would like to continue the internet connection - which is not true. The only thing to do is to not to pay the monthly rental and ask the consumer court to help us in this matter, because they are forcing us to have the internet connection even after requesting them to disconnect it.
I've purchased a reliance wireless data card on 10-Oct-2010 from
Ms rakhi,
Zoom Communication,
57/42, West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi-110026

That data card worked only first 4 days of the date of purchase. After that without any notice my services was disconnected, and when i inquired then Ms. Rakhi informed that i've to resubmit my ID and residence documents with one canceled cheque second time.
I send those documents by speed post, and next she collect that documents and confirm me.
But still services of data card is not continue.
