[Resolved]  Reliance/GSM — unauthorized activation of service and charging for that from phone balance

sir,
i have a complain that on my number i.e reliance GSM -[protected], from previous 3 month , the balance has been deducting in continioous manner after two to three days whenever I recharge my balance. And these has been deducted for services which are not activated by me. the people of reliance customer care activate the service themselve on my number without prior authorization of customer and in return they deduct the balance. Not only this much i have been trying to reliance customer care but they had been always busy line from previous three month from my number. Even i have been unsubcribing the service from previous two months but it has not unsubscribed. So at last I expect you can help me.... So please help me out...... as soon as possible..........
