[Resolved]  Reliance/GSM — Mobile No. temporary out of service

recently(approx 25 days ago) i port my bsnl gsm mobil no.[protected] to reliance gsm from our local reliance office una. i submitted my photo graph and identity proof and then after this my bsnl no. port into reliance gsm. But after one week my mobile no. was temporary out of service. in this connection i complaint local reliance office and he tell me to complaint this to companies TM Mr. Bhuvnesh Sharma on Mobile No.[protected]. On dated 29/9/2011 i call Mr. Bhuvnesh and tell them my mobile complaint. After checking my no. he tell me your photo and I.D. proof has not send to the company and you again submit your photo and I.D. proof company office. and again on 29/9/11 i submitt my I.D. proof and photo companies employee Mr. Sunny his mobile no.[protected]. but after this their is no action from the company. dated 3/10/11 i again call Mr. Bhuvnesh and tell them my no. has not been in working condition and you tell me on 29/9/11 that your mobile no. is working within one or two days. but Mr. Bhuvnesh not entertain me and ignore my call. i several time call local reliance office Sai Trading no.[protected] at Una and company employee Archana Madam attend the call and she also started making excuses. Sir i am not well educated but i try to lodge my complaint on line. Pls. solve my problem.
