[Resolved] Reliance/GSM — Regular deactivation of SIM card | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchase new reliance GMS prepaid number [protected] on dated[protected] by giving full documents/ proof to the retailer but after[protected] its outgoing and incoming calls are bared. It was activated on[protected] by the retailer. when I contacted reliance customer care they says your documents is not submitted yet and then i contacted retailer he says i have submitted all the documents. He contacted reliance office and got it activated on[protected], but again on dated[protected] its incoming and outgoing calls are bared, then i contacted retailer after contacting reliance customer care he says that technical problem is occurred in reliance and it will be activated soon, it was again activated on[protected]. its outgoing calls are again bared on dated[protected] and deactivated on dated[protected]. It work properly after[protected] but today on dated[protected] at about 11:15AM when i was calling someone then in between the call it automatically disconnected and start showing Sim Card Registration Failed. Reliance GSM — deactivation of regular company services
Sir my mobile number [protected](GSM) is receiving company voice recording calls every 5 minutes,i kindly request you to deactivate that voice recording company calls immediately sir,it is irritating and disturbing me.
