Religare Docket (Vouchers) — Please help against action indian post

sir, i sent apllications for all over india admission via sped post & reg post from Mumbai Chakala post office (MH)
well before last date but there status is not declared yet.
please take some action against it please convey the regarding the post
Also Kindly tell me a way of tracking registered post. I had registered an important document 10 days back for All over india and it has not yet reached. It was told to me at the post office that it will reach within 6 days !!
i was asking about speed post packaging then he fired on me and used bad words like (Are baba packet thikse pack karke lao tumko samjhme nahin aata kya) & i was told last you 6 month you accepted my document on this packaging format & he was told (are woh kisne liya woh usko dedo jao mera sir mat khaoo)
at that time all staff is laughfing and post office staff is not co-operating with customers.
i sent complaint to Indian post office also.
