[Resolved] Religare Securities — executive no response | |||
I am open the new trading account in religare commodities (Gurgaon Branch) from Executive Mr. Avinash. I am submitted the all documents in 16-March-2011 to handover to Mr. Avinash from my office With amount of Rs. 10000/- cheque from HDFC bank Mr. Avinash is promised to account opening procedure in 2-3 working days from collect all documents. After 3 days Mr. Avinash is not pick my phone or disconnect my phone after long try Avinash is picking the phone and ask I am called after 5 minutes. After few days I again try the phone but no response. After 14 Days Mr. Avinash is call to me and ask me the account is open But no user id or password provided by me. I am tried many time but avinash is not responding. I am mantely harassment in account opening procedure from religare commodities side. I am also customer in religare securities from last two year. . But Religare service is very poor. And no response from other executive and senior staff. If my account is not open or odin service is not activate in one or two days please close my all account from Religare. Was this information helpful? | |||
