Due to heart attack health my health is suffered require the money for money for my medical use i request you to kindly close account..., now i am having little money with you and i don't have any other source other than closing of account and taking money for my medical use..

I paid 10,000 advance brokerage in my/your account hence kindly Process immediately and close my account of closing account and credit into my linked Account.

if you want i can produce medical discharge certificates....
i will close the account as per your prescribed form, however please retutn the advance brokerage charges deducting my transaction charges if any...
