[Resolved] Relogulf — Don't go through what I have gone through | |
Our experience with Relogulf and 2 key members of their staff has been the same as the other complainant. We used them to move our furniture from UAE to United Kingdom. Tyrone Farrell and Kathy Ashby are very plausible consultants, however, once we gave them our business, there was no willingness to respond to our emails or provide us with a true update of the state of affairs. One issue that was definitely understated was the point that it may take a LITTLE longer to fill a container leaving Qatar and heading for UK. Once our goods were shipped, we were told that it would take 6-7 weeks for our goods to be delivered. After 6 weeks I inquired where the goods were, and the only answer was that they were still sitting in Qatar. It turned out, that we shared container with another person who had delayed his shipping and therefore our goods would have to wait for his goods to be loaded. This situation simply drives me crazy!!! A group will be formed to make all negative experiences with the company Relogulf and others public via media and initiating legal actions with international lawyers. I have sent countless emails, 2 weeks ago I received a reply saying that the problem would be solved within a week but still nothing.
Now we're not even getting a response to our emails.
It is unbelievably frustrating, especially after I've realized how many people have gone through the same thing.
Good luck to you and fingers crossed we'll receive our belongings soon..
