Unfortunately, I am also one of the victims of this scam organization called Relogulf. I used their services to move to Egypt in 2011. At first everything seemed to be very professional.
They have packed our furniture so well that we thought this company is to be trusted. This was the only good thing. After this we waited for ages for the delivery to be done and even after this kind of trouble we have been overcharged by a local third party agent and Relogulf didn't want to take any responsibility for this. Furthermore, the communication has been fully ceased and there is no way to contact them now. They are not replying to any of my e-mails or calls. As far as I can see from all the complaints online now - this is how they always work. This is just unprofessional, I would really advise you not to use their services.
