Consumer, beware and avoid this company at all costs! This is a complete scam and the most unreliable company ever!
I used them for moving from Dubai to Australia and it wast the worst experience I've ever received. First of all they were late at our appointment on moving day and people who arrived for packing my stuff were very rude and unpleasant. They absolutely didn't care of what they were doing and never paid attention at fragile items. well everything was packed and shipped in time so I thought that all nightmares were over but it was a mistake. they promised me 4-6 weeks delivery but I received all my stuff only after 10 weeks so more than 4 weeks I had to spend in empty house. It was only their problem and their representatives never notices me about the delays. Moreover, when I contacted them they acted like nothing happened and everything had to be like it was. Later I found that many items were damaged and it was made because of their unprofessional work - they never paid attention at fragile boxes and after I complained they simply ignored me and never covered all caused damages under their warranty.
This company is a pure nightmare and must be avoided! The worst service ever, rude employees, fake promises and advertisements! Was this information helpful? |
