[Resolved]  Remit2India.com — hidden charges

Dear Officer,

I am Vipulkumar Patel. I am residing in Ireland since last 4 years. First time used remit2India service. The service is OK but they have hidden charges which are a lot and not legally shown on website for customer information. When I checked with the their call, then i realized I was charged a hell lot of charges which I did not know. My transaction reference no was : [protected], with user Id: [protected]@gmail.com.

There is only one charge shows on website with different bands was depend on country i.e. €2, €5 for €500 or less and over this amount. This is fair enough, but their Dutche Axis Bank charged me seperately €15 for single transaction which is not indicated anywhere on website, FAQ or anywhere else.
Secondly, There is no radiobutton for insurance checked anywhere on website to tick. The agents from remit2india says I have choose this button. Ok, but what amount you are going to charge for insurance is complelety hidden i.e. 5, 10, 20 or 100 euro per transaction?

I have requested them an invoice for all these, which i have not got yet. this is an illegal service for money laundering and should be stopped for hiding and fooling ccustomer onlline.

I would like to get that €15 and €4.7 insurance charges which they have hided on website.
