[Resolved]  Residential Area — Dairy farm in a residential area

i tooo had the same problem with the dairy farm located in front of my house in the old city only i
had filled the case against the ghmc now in lokayukta for removal succeffully i had removed
once partially now i will be succesfull in removal completely iam a law student as such in law
according to the section 510 we can remove dairy farms in city limits if you all require any help

Residence — Area maintenance

I am a resident of HSR layout 3rd sector (Near HSR Club)

With no houses being constructed on the opposite lane of ours, people of the locality and others also use the space for:
1. Garbage disposal
2. Dump of the extra underground materials which are taken out during the building foundations
3. Fecal waste

Please also use the place for nature calls everyday making the place very dirty and filthy and unhygienic
We tried many times to explain the same to them but those people living in small construction sheds have no other means for urinating and hence continue the same (Please note that there is no Nirmala Bangalore anywhere inside HSR layout)

I would request you to please take considerable steps to avoid this so that residents can have a healthy life in our area.

Only to quote some suggestions from my side:
1. Nirmala construction
2. Regular garbage collection from all houses
3. Dustbins in the area in a radius of every kilometer
4. Punishment for people not obeying the rules of keeping the area clean

I would sincerely request you to do the needful for us.
Any co operation from our side, we will always be ready to do.

Hi Sneha i too have the
same problem in old city hyderabad.
but there is no one to help me.
We complaint so many times
to the muncipality but
they all are currept .i dont know
what to do now. india has no
strict rules against them.
And people like us are
left to suffer.

Low voltage fluctuating between 119V to 130V been received at 32 sector 65 mohali since evening

Subject: Dairy farm in Mytri nagar Colony.

This is in regards to the Dairy and Poultry farm in street no 4, @3-1-242 Mytri nagar Colony, L b nagar, Hyderabad. The dairy farm is built in a residential area thereby causing problems for the people in the society. The animals are kept in very conjusted often Screams for unhealthy maintainance causing sound position also the dung is not being cleaned even after repeated requests. There are even pests, mosquitoes and foul smell in the society due to unhygienic maintenance of the buffalo house and because of this small children in the society are often fell sick. Is there a law for removing a dairy farm from the residential area. If so please take necessary steps.

Hoping for the earliest action on this.

Dairy farm in the neighborhood in residential area.

I am A PRAVEEN KUMAR REDDY from HYDERABAD, Kapil Nagar
I have to register my complaint in reference to a dairy farm being running in the residential area, just in my neighborhood which is creating lot of nuisance in the residential area though that plot belong to him, it is just 150yades operate the farm, all the residents are suffering because of this dairy, diseases are spreading mosquitoes, mites, insects an awful smell every time comes in the surrounding, please visit once
And take required action, we want him to vacate the Area asap and shift his farm to a commercial area. If possible kindly consider this letter on urgent basis. As we are suffering from this prblm from last 1 years.
