New Delhi- Dated: 2nd August 2010 SUBJECT: THREAT TO LIFE: ON CONSTRUCTION OF THIRD FLOOR ON A WEAK FOUNDATION Respected Sir, We the undersigned all resident of House No. B- 25, Krishna Park Extn., Street No.-8, New Delhi do hereby wish to inform you that one of the owner’s of the terrace flat No. B-25, Krishna Park Extn. Street No. – 8, New Delhi is planning to construct the IIIrd floor. We have already informed him about the situation and request not to const. another floor on the building but he has turned the deaf ear and has said that he will const. the third floor. Whatever the consequences may be. This building was constructed to having six floors (Three storied) were constructed in the year 1994. Our building has caved in by about 4”, as such the building is in danger condition and its foundation is very weak and will not be able to stand the load of another floor. More over the building has developed various cracks in the number of walls. There by causing grave dangers to the life and property of the residents due to. Please take necessary action .It is therefore earnestly requested and prayed that the construction of the IIIrd floor by its owner may not be permitted so as to save our lives and property. Residents — Low Power
In Nanmangalam, near Keelkattalai there is frequent powercut and very very low power for full day . Now it is summer.Elderly people and small children suffers a lot. How people can live without power supply especially in nights.And all the electrical items getting damaged. We already submitted a complaint about the transformer, we insist to place a new transformer to get higher capacity.Here more than 100 houses were suffering from low power in this summer for full day.We request to take the proper action immediately.Residents — Street Width
I am resident of Street No.2, Jagdish Nagar, Dugri, LudhianaAs per my plot registration, width of bearing street is 16 feet.
But presently the street is 14 feet. Two feet is grabbed by the
residents of this street.
Please look into the matter. Thx
Resident — Low Power
Sir/Madam,We are more than 100 houses in Nanmagalam near Killkattalai suffering low power in all time.
All Electronic goods are getting damaged. We are lost our sleep during nights. Elders and Childerns are suffer a lot. please solve our problem by installing a new transformer in our area.
