I am a retired Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Shahi Baug, Ahmedabad, now at Ujjain on account of attending to old & ailing parents. I had applied for duplicate PAN Card for PAN Card # ABMPD8923G issued by Income Tax Commissioner, Amritsar(as the original one has been picked during transit) vide CSF #[protected] dated 14 FEB 2007 through Mr. Kataria, IT PAN Service Centre Ujjain (your authorised agent) but could not receive the duplicate PAN Card as yet neither received any letter for denying the re-issue. Kindly get the matter sorted out at the earliest.

Retired — Pan Card Not Received
I have lost my Pan card ( AALPB99953A ), for which I have applied at UTI Office in Surat, till date I have not received my duplicate Pan Card.Checking online status for the acknowledged Coupon Number[protected], the same shows rejected, till date Surat office has not returned me my rejected form neither the new duplicate pan card, can you let me know the staus where should I get my rejected form or duplicate pan card, expected a reply on my email id as mentioned above
