[Resolved]  abnamro credit card — complaint about credit card

I hold ABNAMRO card for two years.It was a very good relationship with the bank The every upsetting experience now is that your collection executives are regularly calling and even not talking properly with our ladies even this was not atall expected from such a good bankthis torturing not even trouble me but my whole family including my children and my 78 yrs mother dont want to keep this going please give the mail for settlement and stop these collection persons to come at home and call.
Will you help us in this regards I would be very thank ful for the same.

ABN AMRO Credit Card — reversal of jet set go offer

hi i am pooja dheer. i am using a credit card of abn amro bank. i had called 20-30 time on customer care number regarding the reversal of jet set go offer. but didn't listen my problem . even i had asked to convert my total amount into 24 months emi but again they charging me on full amount. as my credit card number is [protected].
kindly do solve my problem.

I hold ABNAMRO card with me my card number [protected].in the month of jan ' 09 i spoke with the cust care regarding to settlement the card the told you have to pay the amount 18000/- once we received the amount within a week you have received the settlement letter but any letter is not yet come form your side and call is coming from your side you have to pay the amount 12000/- i cant pay the amt 12000/-you have to take the step of sending the settlement letter.

Please explain me what charges are reflecting in my last month statement (statement attached). As I have made payment for all EMIs and other purchases. Last months also I made a payment of Rs. 750/- for which your bank has requested and said that only this amount I have to pay and thereafter there will be no pending due. But this month I again received a bill reflecting due payment of about s. 3369.18, in which you have also fined late fee. When I have asked about this to your bank by phone, every one has their own theory. Some one tells it is a pre closure charge and someone tells that it an EMI, which was left.



But as per my knowledge I have made payments for all EMI and there was no pre closure of EMI. So just me explain me why again charging this amount alongwith late fee.



Every times your bank charges Jet Set Go Plan amount on my credit card (AAB Card NO. [protected]) with out my consent and I have to make call many times to your bank for the reversal for the same and this is very much irritating. This is not the services we have ever expected from your bank.



Same problem is with my Easy Cash Account No. [protected]. I have already made payment of all EMIs but now after that your bank is charging an amount of about Rs.600/-. For this when I contacted your customer care, they have no satisfactory answer each executive has their own theory that does not seems to be reasonable. Some says it is late fine, other says that this is due to hike in interest rate. So each executive has their own theory and for that I have to suffer.





So kindly resolve the issue at the earliest so that our relationship remains cheerful.
I hold ABNAMRO card for 1 years.It was a very good relationship with the bank The every upsetting experience now is that your .Bank side no enhancement my limit you check my statement no late fee no finance charges no any other charges so bank has check all details if bank has given the best limit then customer has utilised the limit and best for bank

i holded ur card two year before, at that time one day people from abn credit department called me and said that there is a offer in credit card the offer was rs 4000 you will get to and fro fight ticket free for two person in india and life time free card .i told him if i am interested i will call u back but i was shocked that amount was debited in my card.i called customer care and told them to cancel it but they never cancel and they also debited me late fee charge for not paying that amt.again i called them and asked to cancel the charge and my credit card in abn because for this type of service and they told they will cancell it
after two year now they are calling to pay rs 2000, i dont have any outstanding with abn credit card for purchase i made, it was the bank who debited me with the offer stated above without my consent.please check my payment track i have not made any default for the purchase i have done.i have called customer care and told the problem comlpaint no-[protected].. if i have purchased and not made the payment i am fully liable to pay but without my consent you have debit me that offer . please look into the issue and do the needful.
