[Resolved] RF Motors — Delayed delivery of my manza | |
i have booked a manza on 14/01/2010 and the concerned person told me that they will deliver the vehicle within 20 days from the booking date. after a week later one executive called up and asked for some 50000/- more to confirm the order and i denied the payment that it was not in the terms of booking. again two days later the executive called up and said that the vehicle is ready and make the payment. he will deliver the vehicle by 23rd maximum. now today is 28th. till date I did not get my vehicle even after paying the full amount on 21/10/2010 including the one month EMI. now I am paying the ineterest to the bank without buying any vehicle. the major part is this... i called RF people on 28th morning and they r replying me that without ordering any extra fittings they wont deliver the car. what a pitty service??? not at all.. just loootting the customers by pressuring to purchase more... i decided that i wont take the vehicle with any of the extra fittings... PLS AVOID RF MOTORS I[censored] HAVE ANY PLAN FOR BUYING A CAR... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. Was this information helpful? | |

I had booked a vista on 13th Sep 2010, the sales dept told me it wont take more than 12 days to get my vehicle delivered.
RF motors really cheated on me and they delivered the vehicle only on 21st oct 2010. The financial loss occurred to me was more than one
1. My car loan was sanctioned on 4th oct and i ended up paying more than half a months interest.
2. I had traded off an old Indigo to get the new vehicle. This ended up me not using a car for a month, for which i wasnt planned either.
3. The mental trauma created for the same, running after the sales guy was tiresome and trouble.
