i went to RF motors on 1-04-09 to check indica vista. but the sales executive's they didnt attend me and also there dealing was so bad that i never saw a sales executive like this before. i plan to buy an indica vista from there. now wallahi i will not buy any cars from your showroom. they herat me a bit.

I had given my Fiat Palio car for repairs at R F Motors, Thodupuzha on[protected]Job card No. JC RFMoP - TP[protected] and the work was undertaken by one Mr. Sunil S. I was promised that I will be given the car back by next day. No further informations were given from the service centre. After two days I went to the centre and I found that they had done nothing on my vehicle and they were giving illogical explanations for that. Mr. Sunil S was abscent on that day and nobody was responsible for the work and I was treated in an impolite way at the service centre even by the Works Manager.
After all what happend...? I simply lost my money...more than that my precious time only because of the irrespnsibility of R F Motors, Thodupuzha...

the RF motors is a big shame for fiat company
It is better to stay away from RF motors. Here is my experience.
I am thouroughly dissappointed with the product (Indigo CS, Lx, Tdi) I bought from tatamotors not because of the quality of the product but because of the irresponsible service company providing through it's service partners like RF Motors, Cochin (Pathadippalam). My friends were not high when I was going for Tata product due to the service they give but still I took a chance. Now I am repending on that decision. From the first service onwards I had a few problems with my vehicle and reported those in all servises but still some of them, like the central lock issue, yet to be solved. Also, RF motors cheated me without giving the bill of last service by taking some advace (Rs 2600 for 3rd service) and promised me to fix the remaining problems, like the sticker in door panel, etc in two days after delivery (delivered after they kept my vehicle for 8 days) but still after 2 months they didn't contact me for fixing the issues. When I tried to contact them, they didn't give proper response and behaving rude. During the time of delivery, the service advisers asked me to give 10/10 for their service when Tata motors calls me on the service. I found that is ridiculous. Nobody who spent their money can afford such behaviour. I posted the problem to tatamotors and expecting their response.

MY CAR VISTA KL6 E 2262 IS NO PULLING HAVE SMOKE AND SOME OTHER COMPLAINTS REPORTED MANY TIME BUT THE ABOVE DEFECATES NOT CAM PLAYED
I purchased TATA SUMO GRANDE MK II (GX) on[protected]chassis no. MAT465031B9A01298).Purchased from R.F MOTORS, KOCHI, KERALA.
When we took the delivery we had so many complaints about TATA'S PRIME VEHICLE. It should be up to maximum 3km vehicle, but we got it @ 25km! And the price was 8.65lks. This product was manufactured on 2011 JAN & the price was not up to this amount.. Sorry to tell TATA'S those joints of this vehicle was not proper, with water entering inside. Paint to was missing in one place. And TATA'S emblem to was not coated properly with silver...that's too BAD . I have a very bad feeling about RF motors Thodupuzha branch even entire RF team is very careless about the after sales service. They are not caring any of their customer's valuable time. So Don't go to RF motors for any purchas or any service.

I just needs the five tyres be replaced immediately by new ones. It is diffcult for me to bring the vehicle each time to your svc station since the vehicle is running on 24 hrs basis in a very critical service area and can't be withdrawn at will. I hope you understand my problems and you will give a favorable reply.
