The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Delayed delivery of my manza
i have booked a manza on 14/01/2010 and the concerned person told me that they will deliver the vehicle within 20 days from the booking date. after a week later one executive called up and asked for some 50000/- more to confirm the order and i denied the payment that it was not in the terms of booking.

I own a FIAT Palio ELX (Model 2001) that has been serviced at RF Motors the FIAT authorised serviced centre in Pathadipalam, Cochin.
I have been having a recurring problem with the car that crops up despite of being serviced for the below stated reason.
