My bike had an accident and it get repaired i got a SMS(18 aug 2010) from RGICL that your claim has been approved with a sum of RS 2588 and check would reach within 7 days.Till now i did not get the check and wondering here and there without any rigid conformation.

This is Satish from Bangalore, recently my bike meet in an accidented and as per your norms i applied for the claim . I got claim no. [protected] and and repaired my bike also. and then after few days i got a massage from the RGICL cheque no 684817 dated 5/27/10, still i didnt received the cheque from your company . so once i visited your regional office in bangalore, they didn't respond properly .Is this is the way you are following the system in the company?.kindly reply quick,

the total bill was 19, 900- your company has send an sms that Rs11, 848 has been approved..that is 55% . . THIS WAS NOT DONE ON CASHLESS BASIS ( as promised).
your claim process here shows, the claim passed to be cashless and 100% !!! HOW???
Also I want the details for the approval...

I have received a message saying "your bill no 3412 for the claim no [protected] is settled and credited to your account. Amount credited is 11848.00 - RGICL" on dated 20 june 2011.
till date I have not received any amount in my account . when I talked to ur insurance surveyer Mr Baljeet[protected] who surveyed my car, he said I have already issued DO letter and amount has been credited to your account (ph: baljeet [protected]) .the status on your website is enclosed for your refrence
please look into the matter as soon as possible

My car met accident on 8/9/11. rgcil was informed on 9/9/11. My claim no is [protected]. Claim is not setteled even after 50 days. Very poor service . I donot think they will settle ever. Rgcil staff and surveyer says one thing oneday and other thing next day. Claim head Mr charan Singh once told me yr car will be auctioned after few days he told it will be repaired after some time and again he told me it will be auctioned. but after 50 days i got nothing. never go for reliance insurance atleast i will not go.

My Car Spark LPG met an accident on[protected]. RGIL was informed on[protected]. A claim was registered (Claim reg no: [protected]) following which I was asked to bring my vehicle to Shivalik Motor, Boreipalli, Sambalpur. It was towed for 35 km and the estimate of survey was done on 15th October. All the relevant documents were submitted, but till now the car has not been repaired pending Body Shell approval. RGIL had approved only 1) Roof Panel ( Part No- J[protected], 2) Lhs Outer Panel ( P.N. –J[protected], 3) Dash Panel (P.N.- J[protected], and Longitudinal Assay LH ( P.N. –J[protected] as per surveyor Mr. RN Tripathy's ([protected]) written communication to me. After opening the vehicle and lifting it was found that the floor is cramped and twisted. The parts of body shell approved will not fit in that. Already 6 months has elapsed but my vehicle is lying idle, despite my paying EMI for the loan. When I contacted Mrs Swta of RGIL customer care, she gave me a number where call never goes. Can someone provide the real number of Kolkata office and whom to contact!

RGICL — Accident claim
We got an accident and we had complained to RGICL our claim number is[protected]. They are not responding since last three months.so i am giving my application to settle my claim.
